Purity

  1. 2 Corinthians 5:17--"Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!" 2. 1 John 1:9--"If we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness." 3. 1 Corinthians 10:13--"The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure (without giving into sin)." 4. 1 Corinthians 6:18--"So run away from sexual sin. It involves the body in a way that no other sin does. So if you commit sexual sin, you are sinning against your own body."

John 1 Lesson 1

  Hi Dini, I have put a lesson below.   The Gospel of John John 1 --Lesson 1 Read John 1:1-5 at least 3 times. This is one of the most important passages in the Bible. The Gospel of John presents Jesus to his Jewish readers as the incarnation of divine power and revelation. This Word of God (Jesus) initiated the New Covenant (Luke 22:20; Heb. 9:15; 12:24), instructs believers (John 10:27), unites them into a spiritual temple (1 Cor. 3:16–17; 2 Cor. 6:16; Eph. 2:21), revealed God to mankind (John 1:18; 14:7–9), judges those who reject Him (John 3:18; 5:22), directs the church through those whom He has raised up to lead it (Eph. 4:11–12; 1 Tim. 5:17; Titus 1:5; 1 Peter 5:1–3), was the agent of creation (John 1:3; Col. 1:16; Heb. 1:2), and inspired the Scripture penned by the New Testament writers (John 14:26) through the Holy Spirit whom He sent (John 15:26).
