Talking About Your Faith

people all over the world talking your faith +12 The global conversation around sharing Christian faith frequently centers on living out principles of love, kindness, and personal conviction rather than just engaging in debate. Believers are encouraged to "live their faith out loud" and allow their actions—such as compassion, integrity, and trust in God—to serve as a witness to others.  YouTube

Encourage Others

Shared faith brings mutual strength; encourage others by sharing personal stories of God's work, praying together, and providing supportive, loving fellowship, anchored in Mutual Encouragement (Romans 1:12). Building up fellow believers through intentional connection prevents isolation and boosts faith, creating a community where everyone thrives.  cedarministry.org  +4 Ways to Encourage Shared Faith: Share Testimonies: Tell others how God has worked in your life. Study Scripture: Read and discuss encouraging Bible verses together. Active Prayer: Pray for and with each other to strengthen, encourage, and comfort. Supportive Community: Actively participate in a local church or small group. Simple Acts of Care: Listen, provide a hug, and offer affirmation.  Facebook  +4 Would you like to explore specific verses about faith, find encouragement in a specific situation (like during fear), or look for ways to stay connected?

Lessons 21

Hi Dini, A good lesson on truth and faith. Lesson 21: Israel’s Unbelief – 9:30-10:4 30 What shall we say, then? That Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness have attained it, that is, a righteousness that is by faith; 31 but that Israel who pursued a law that would lead to righteousness did not succeed in reaching that law. 32 Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as if it were based on works. They have stumbled over the stumbling stone, 33 as it is written, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense; and whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame.” 10:1 Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved. 2 For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For, being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. In...

Romans Lesson 33

Hi Dini, God values thinking of others. It makes us more like him. Lesson 33: The Example of Christ – 15:1-7 1 We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. 3 For Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.” 4 For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, 6 that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. 7 Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God. We continue in this lesson to see how Jesus wants us to work with others. We have already learned we are not to judge them, and ...

Romans Lessons 22

Hi Dini, Notice verses 9 and 10. Don’t overcomplicate salvation. Lesson 22: The Message of Salvation to All – 10:5-21 5 For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them. 6 But the righteousness based on faith says, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 “or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. 11 For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lor...

Romans Lesson 20

Hi Dini, This will be a two part lesson. The Dreadful Regrets of Israel for Not Accepting the Gospel – 9: 1-11:36

Lesson 21: Israel’s Unbelief – 9:30-10:4

Lesson 20: God’s Sovereign Choice – 9:1-29

The Dreadful Regrets of Israel for Not Accepting the Gospel – 9:1-11:36Lesson 20: God’s Sovereign Choice – 9:1-29 1 I am speaking the truth in Christ—I am not lying; my conscience bears me witness in the Holy Spirit— 2 that I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. 3 For I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh.

Lesson 19: God’s Everlasting Love – Rom 8:31-39

Here is one of the most wonderful truth in the Bible: God is for us. Lesson 19: God’s Everlasting Love – Rom 8:31-39 31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him graciously give us all things?

Lesson 18: Future Glory – Rom 8:18-30

Here is lesson 18. There are some important truths in these verses. Notice verse 18. Life can be really hard now, but God is planning a future for us where all evil will be gone. Also notice verse 28. All things are used by God for good in our lives, if we let him. Are all things good? Absolutely not, but God can redeem tragedy in amazing ways. Notice verse 29. God wants us to be just like Jesus. Who is doing the conforming? You? Me? No, God is. All we have to do is be willing. I think you are understanding important truths now and that God is helping you do this. I want to reply to your last letter, but I need to think it through.
