2 Corinthians 5:21. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

When we place our faith and trust in Jesus, God looks at us and sees Jesus’ righteousness. Praise God.
It is true that some of our Christian traditions had pagan origins, but people have celebrated them for years for Christian reasons.
I don’t believe that not pressing charges is a sin. In our corrupt world your testimony would be twisted and some would say that it was consensual, so I would recommend doing nothing and asking God to deal with the matter. Be truthful and don’t lie or cover up. People can be tripped up and exposed in unusual ways. I am sure that God has plans for your dad: first, the chance to repent, if not then judgment.
It does seem to me that if your father is sorry about his past actions, he would treat you better. Pray and ask God to help.
It is more important to be wise and honest than to be rich.
No door mat, please. Pray that God will help you to come to a better place—a job, enough money to live a comfortable life.
God does love you. Do not doubt it.
