James 1:13-15.. Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, It gives birth to death

The desire to sin comes from within. Thoughts of wrong doing are not sin. We all have them. It is when we act on them that we are sinful.


I agree with you about actions being more important than words. We have a saying, “Talk is cheap.” It is easy to say you believe in something or are going to do something, but the proof is in your actions.


By the way, the one who said how unimportant money is was Jesus.


Characteristics of kings:

Kings discovery things

The king has many things on his mind

Remove wicked from the court

Don’t betray another person’s secret

Give timely advice

Appreciate timely advice

Valid criticism is good

Patience and soft speech are powerful

Don’t tell lies

If your enemy is hungry, feed him

Don’t give in to the wicked

Don’t seek honors for yourself have self control
