Staying faithful and being consistent to God is so important. Remember also in James, he said that changing your mind like blowing in the wind does not show the stability and commitment that God can work with. Sure, we sometimes have doubts or times of discouragement, but then we should draw closer to God and let him reassure us and strengthen our faith.
